Never did I imagine that I could love someone so completely, within seconds of meeting them. Never did I realize how a simple fever in the middle of the night could cause me so much worry. I didn't realize how much joy a smile or a hug from someone so small could bring or how it could melt away all the stress and frustration that had taken an entire day to build up, until you were born. Never did I think that I'd blink and you would be three - because I'm sure that's what happened - three years really haven't gone by. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Riley Jean!
